Where do you ship/deliver from?

We’re proud to ship all of our products from our base in Greenacre, NSW, Australia. For now, all orders within Australia are shipped directly from Greenacre, NSW.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery to radius of selected area in NSW Australia will be determined by carrier

Standard shipping orders are dispatched from Greenacre, NSW. within 3 business days and generally arrive between 3-10 days from dispatch.

Shipment Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only. Once your mattress has shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier.

Refund Policy

No refunds given.
We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind exchange. Warranty and Returns do not cover change of mind.
You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law in addition to this clause.
